Social Program - AM

Clients will have the opportunity to participate in group activities, outings, and special guest presentations with focus on gathering together, learning new things, gaining new experiences and having fun!

Includes time for snack and lunch.

Each Social Program starts and ends at our Program Centre

(unless otherwise communicated).

Choose any one day, a set of outings, a day or two each week, or a full 6 week session!

Full Day Program

9:15a to 4:15p

Clients will have the opportunity to participate in the Social Program during the morning.

In the afternoon, Clients can opt to work on individual goals, skills, and/or personalized plans in Program Centre, or use the Program space for unstructured activities such as rest, sensory, PT, exercise and movement or other in-program activities.

Includes time for snacks and lunch.

Theme Programs

Clients will have the opportunity to participate in special themed group activities and special events in our Program Centre.

Usually seasonal, holiday, or special event -themed, with focus on gathering together and having fun!

Includes time for snack and lunch.

Programs may have special instructions, items to bring, or dressing up.

Extra-special activities may have an additional cost; most activity costs are included.

Social Program - PM

Available Thursday Afternoons

3:00p to 7:00p

Clients will have the opportunity to participate in group activities and special guests at our Program Centre.

With a focus on communication, AAC use (including talkers, tech, text to speech, American Sign Language), self-advocacy, gathering together and having fun!

Includes time for dinner / snack.

PA Day Programs

Before and After Social AM Program

Clients will have the opportunity to work on specific skills and goals.

Independence, transit and travel, communication, shopping and purchasing, special interest skills, healthy living, public safety, self-regulation and behaviour management, work readiness and job skills, and more.

SUPPORTS & SERVICES

Funding Application Support

Available by appointment

Support for Clients, Caregivers, Guardians and PMF’s to understand the requirements of funding applications, appeals, and age-related changes to funding.

Consultant will guide through processes and expectations, one step at a time, or a general guideline to support the Client receiving funds that are appropriate for their needs.

Parents, Caregivers, Guardians, and Family members will have the opportunity to gather, connect, chat, problem solve, and share with each other.

Refreshments available.

Clients are welcome in a separate part of Program Centre - activities and supervision will be provided.

Please register Clients in advance to ensure staff and care are available.

Respite Services

Available On Your Schedule -

Occasionally or Regularly Scheduled

Clients will receive care including bathing, hygiene, grooming, dressing, meal prep, feeding, medication.

Light household duties related to client are included.

Light household tasks can be included.
