Registration is required in advance for all Programs
Sessions are scheduled for 6 weeks
Activities are planned in advance
All Programs start and end at our Program Centre, unless otherwise specified

Options to register:
Full Session:
-from 1 up to 5 days per week
-regularly scheduled on same days each week
-participate in all activities during scheduled time
Individual Programs:
-choose any type of program
-choose any day
-choose any activity
-choose any schedule

About a week before the Program, an invoice will be sent, and registration will be complete after full payment has been received.

A Registration Agreement and Intake Package
will be available to you during the tour.

Once the Registration Agreement and Intake Package have been completed, you can register for any Program!​​​​​
FEES & COSTS

Please know that each fee has been thoroughly considered, and is an accurate representation of the cost associated with the high standard of care that AdaptABILITY provides - individualized, personalized, and safe care.
Please see the Fee Category Information below for detailed information.
Fees include costs of materials, activities, most admission / event tickets, and transportation to and from activities during program time. ​
Fee Categories:

-Follows group instructions
-Group supervision

-Has own support companion

1:2 Ratio = 1 Support Person per 2 Clients
= Category A

​-Physical support with eating / drinking
-Physical support with personal care
-Individualized instructions
-Individual supervision & support
-Includes 1:1 PSW care

1:1 Ratio = 1 Support Person per 1 Client
= Category B​

Theme Program:
